EDUCATION EXPERIENCE

Actor-Teacher
Great Lakes Theater Festival School Residency Program
(August 2007 - May 2009)
Implemented curriculum-based residencies for elementary, middle, and high school students at a wide variety of schools throughout Northeast Ohio, with a focus on literature, storytelling, and classical drama. Performed numerous roles, coached scene work and stage combat, led improvisation and discussion exercises, maintained props and costumes, and contributed to program evaluation and planning.

Monologue Coach
English Speaking Union Shakespeare Competition
(October 2008 - February 2009)
Provided individual and group coaching sessions for Cleveland area high school students participating in this national Shakespearean monologue competition. Also served as a judge for the Regional Semifinals.
